Only wish I knew about it sooner because Ive already thrown away all my receipts!! But so far so good.

This app is almost good. You cant check your order history or track your packages after they ship without going to the pacsun website. Its kind of pointless to have this app when you cant do everything you can on the website. You can sign into your rewards on the website, so you dont need the app to get rewards and you can track your order and review your order history on the website so the app is really just pointless. Also if you order through the app. they wont send you a order confirmation email. You only get a confirmation email for your order and when it ships when you order from the website. So again the app is utterly pointless.

When I read my emails they dont transfer onto my Pacsun rewards points. I thought if you read them you can receive 15 points

This app needs some serious work. I do primarily all my shopping online, so an easy to use app is a must for me. The biggest issue for me was that you cant sort by size, color, best reviewed, or price high-low/vice versa. That makes looking for what I want a major hassle. You can only sort by brand? In what universe is that more helpful? Also you cannot go back to a previous item by selecting it in your cart at check out, and god forbid something sell out before you can buy it. If you have multiple items in your cart and one sells out it doesnt notify you which one, or remove it for you. So you have to start all over by removing everything. This app looks nice, but is a nightmare to use.

I never shopped at PacSun before I went to I was walking by and I saw something in the window so I decided to take a look and not realizing that they had all my favorite brands that I like to wear. PacSun is one of my favorite place to shop now either online or in store

Its pretty good just not the best app because it takes forever to get rewards

I had troubles at first, it wouldnt let me add things to my wish list because I "wasnt logged in" even though I was logged in, but I logged out and back in and everything worked fine after that.

Great app for pacsun reward members. I got 100 points just for downloading this app! Havent experienced any bugs. Perfect for shopping and managing account!

Its really annoying that it keeps logging me out. Other than that I love accumulating points as a loyal member who shares an item everyday and checks every email to receive 15 points per email. One change I would ask to make is pls make the rewards last longer! Like 3 months if possible that would be great

I love this store and this app represents it well but I cant add anything to my bag to buy it. I select the size I want and then it asks me to select a color but there is no color to select and I cant add it to by bag unless I pick a color.

Its nice to have the app so handy on my phone instead of having to log into a computer to shop/ make wish lists. But it does crash a lot and freeze while Im using it which is inconvenient.

Good app I love pacsun so its really convenient to have the app to browse and conveniently purchase my items. I do advise those reading that it is VERY buggy. And I noticed if you are somewhere with less than amazing wifi it "times out". It also loves to log you out, even if you dony close out the app. Also if you want to add something to your wishlist it will give you trouble at times. But there are some pros. Being able to sort by brand is my favorite and of course you can kind of adjust the prices of clothes which it p good too.

just downloaded this app and I absolutely love it. I love looking through pacsuns cute clothing in my free time
