PacSun made shopping convenient with its app. It had a few bugs when first introduced, but updates have resolved those issues.

Can you add it so that when items are in the cart you can tap them and it will link you to the spot you found it?

I love the idea of the convenience of the app... But my rewards points are never listed correctly, it crashes a lot, and it creates new accounts when I simply try to log back in, so my rewards are probably all over the place. Its actually pretty annoying. Fix the bugs and Ill probably spend more money! Haha

This app has not crashed for me but the points appearing is inconsistent day to day.

Easy, simple and fabulous! I love pacsun and the app just makes it easier to shop and it helps you to have the actual status of your rewards. Simply amazing!

This app is horrible. Do not download it. It will not stop sending me emails regardless of how many times I unsubscribe. I have never experienced something so annoying.

Convenient..can earn points just by opening emails

I am leaving a one star review until I have the ability to refine my search by size. I would like to be able to refine to my size only, so I am not looking at 708 T-Shirts, when not all of them are in my size. I will leave five stars when this issue is addressed. Thanks!

Very convenient and easy to use

Its an alright app its good for just browsing but it signs you in and out and wont save my address or favorite brands to complete my profile. And the items I add to my wish list dont show up, I wish they would fix all of this to make the app better for users. But browsing and brand selection is good for the most part.

Good start but needs improvements: -Needs order history section -Needs to let you go back to the product detail when you click on an item in your cart -Needs to not make me enter my login info every time -Could incorporate more points opportunities like leaderboards and badges -Could incorporate posted pictures in Pacsun in exchange for points and opportunities for reposting on the Pacsun Instagram

This app is amazing

CONS: Zoom quality could be improved. When in your bag, you cannot click on the item to go back to its main page for that item. Sometimes the activity/rewards do not load. Sometimes I am not able to place something in my bag. It will say "select a color," but there are no colors to select. In addition to the last con, sometimes I will try to place an item into my bag, but it will say "product is unavailable." If it is unavailable, do not give me the option to pick that size/item then. This app takes me to the "complete your profile" page too often when loading up the app. Yes, I know I am a member and I have been for about a year now... PROS: You can click on pictures for an item and zoom in/out if needed. Items are saved in your bag for whenever you are ready to checkout- even if its a week later. SUGGESTIONS: It would be nice to be able to swipe to the end of the photo line for an item and have it recycle back to the first item when you swipe right at the last picture, and vice versa. When refining your search, we should have more options, by style and size, perhaps, and not just price and brand.

Crashes a lot and never keeps me logged in or saves whats in my bag/ wish list and frequently doesnt open pages

No clear way to get to "save for later" items, cant click on items in bag to view them, always have to exit out and reload app because I cannot put an item in my bag.

Overall great app except for when you are in "your bag" you cannot select the item and go back to it. I want to be able to see the item again without having to look the item up
