got blocked from app for no reason at all haven’t used the app in so long and go to check out some clothes just to see I’m blocked

App glitches a lot and is nonfunctional. Anyone who uses it could tell you that. It’s 4.6 rating on here shows it’s been botted and that’s a shame.

The website and app are so glitched out. They won’t even let you login. Just check out as guest or buy in store because the site is sketchy.

I downloaded it and went to sign in when it said i have been blocked and i couldn’t use app or website. if anyone knows how to fix lmk!

love love love the clothes but this app makes me so frustrated and i hate it. i don’t know why nothings changed it’s been so bad the app doesn’t open over half the time. and i always have to sign in even after i save the password each time i sign in. genuinely the worst working app i’ve ever used.

That app is pretty decent until it randomly blocks you, I went on it to see were my order was and it said I was blocked and couldn’t access it anymore even if I try to sign in as gust

I placed an order on the 28th of march and for shipping I chose to add a extra twenty dollars because if you add a extra twenty dollar for shipping you are supposedly guaranteed to receive your package on the following business day but my package just got shipped today which is the 31 and I’m supposedly going to receive it on thee first of April which is just nonsense because there are reasons why I paid extra on the shipping when I could just get free shipping if you cannot do the service you are charging extra for then might as well not offer that service and at last they just offer to refund my shipping fee and that is it after this package I would no longer use this app because it is just full of nonsense

Putting filters is taking too much time and when you do press something it takes centuries to actually for it to apply to what you’re looking for. Whenever I put filters it doesn’t work that well for me

they have such cute clothes but the app is so glitchy, doesn't save your likes, and coupons never work. I tried liking some clothes and it removed my likes so now I have to go back and spend time to find those clothes again which is really frustrating! I hope they fix this app soon.

The app signs me out multiple times, it malfunctions, and it takes a long time to ship. Love the clothes I got though.

Honestly who designed this app? It’s incredibly glitchy and it takes 3 seconds to load every time you click something. It logs you out EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You can’t access anything on your account because of how horribly designed it is, and sometimes the information is just straight up blank. It’s a joke honestly. Even though I love their clothes I just don’t even bother buying anything from the app anymore because of how frustrating the experience is. Like seriously, I can’t go 2 minutes without getting upset at how slow and glitchy everything is. I’d rather just go to their in person store at this point.

i love pacsun, but their appears to be a constant problem with their app. It makes you sign in every-time you use it again and it’s constantly extremely glitchy and buggy, i don’t always love what pacsun has in store so i will look online but the fact that the app is so frustrating to use makes me shy away from it completely and use other apps and brands instead. fix it.

The app crashes, logs you out every time you exit the app, incredibly slow, just use the website at this point don’t waste your time on the app.

App is way slower than using the website. Cart cookies don’t last long enough so you lose progress. And Pacsun is stingy with discount codes, they never work on the brands in my cart. Pretty frustrating shopping experience overall.

I recently ordered two items and when I wanted to check the shipping updates I couldn’t because it says there’s no order history available.

The clothes are adorable and PacSun is one of my fav places to shop but the app is terrible. It is super glitchy and I’ve had multiple orders not go through without being notified.the app needs A LOT of work

Although I love pacsun, the app could be less glitchy and laggy. It also signs me out every time I reopen it.

Needs an update asap constantly logs me out, slow, always glitching, freezing, you’d think with all the mine y PacSun has they’d fix it by now.

Can’t cancel or return orders online.

The interface of the app absolutely needs improvement, constant buffering with the app “forgetting” what i was doing and logging me out while im still shopping , clearing my cart for no reason and not applying discounts as properly advertised , i love pacsun and i love to shop there , but this app seriously needs improvement and needs to at least have better memory and it needs to stop resetting itself every 2 bleeping minutes!!!!

While I love PacSun and shop there frequently, its app is designed terribly. Every time I go into the app, I have to re-login, which gets annoying despite the fact I have my login information saved with Face ID. The search/filter functions are faulty and i find myself having to filter through the results myself rather than trust the app’s filter. The app is extremely slow and difficult to shop on, making my experience much worse than if I had just gone in person. Lastly, the app doesn’t show all of my past orders for some reason, so unless you specifically check the box at checkout to get alerts for your order, you will not hear about your order progress again until you receive it in the mail. It also experiences bugs in general very frequently and makes my shopping unpleasant. I still love shopping from PacSun, but the app deters me from doing it online.

Terrible just terrible

Just go buy clothes from in-store, from what I’ve heard, the website is trash, too. Every time you reopen the app, it will make you sign in again. Oh, there’s also a chance of your whole cart going poof, too. Put 8 items in your cart? Gone! Currently, my payments are having trouble processing, but that could be an issue on my end. If you want their jeans, might as well buy on Tiktok Shop instead…

I had a terrible experience with PacSun. The payment process is extremely slow, and it wouldn't even let me look at my shipment details. It's really frustrating and not worth the hassle. I won't be shopping here again.

When I ordered for the first time there were no problems however, I only ordered one item the first time I shopped online for pacsun. The second time which was a week ago I ordered 3 shirts, 2 out of the three were in the package. In the package the receipt for the order was there and it says on the receipt that the third shirt would be in the bag. It’s clearly not and it’s missing. Customer service takes awhile and they don’t update us whether the package has been shipped or where the location of the package is throughout the delivery process. I tried opening the link to track my package through that was sent to my email with the confirmation or my order and the link wouldn’t work and it would say page not found. They need to seriously fix the bugs about shipping and ordering and to make sure the order isn’t packaged incorrectly. Avoid using the app just buy clothes through the store in person.

Pain in the behind. Not worth using over the website. And move the item accessibility button because if you can share the product, you want to screenshot it, but that covers the price. Honestly the most Frustrating app.

It has the option to keep you signed in, but even when I check that box it makes me sign in every time.

if i could give it a zero i would, literally first time ordering from them i never got my package, and when i tried to contact customer service they think they slick by having my package as “shipped” when the only step that was taken was creating the shipping label !! i ordered august 13 and its november 13?? 3 months later and still no package, so honestly i feel like their a scam.

Honestly I love the store but the app needs a lot of improvement.. the app is so slow and for some reason I have to log in each time I use the app. Also the app glitches a lot.

They don’t answer the phone. I ordered six pairs of jeans. One pair was on back order one pair fit and the other four pair were too big. They were a size 27 the other pair that won’t be shipped until November 11 is a size 27 All I needed to do was get a 26 shipped to me and I knew this last week and tried to contact them. You cannot get through and chat. They tell you they’re sorry that they can’t do that either. The returns are not free so the fact I have to wait till I pants that are gonna be too big for me and I know I’m almost 3 weeks in advance and I don’t have a Pac Sun anywhere close to me shows they do not care about their customers they could easily change the size, but it said they’re going to ship the big pair out to me and then I’m gonna have to pay another four dollars to return them it says online that credit and re-order the items but when you go to do the return, there’s no option for that. The only option is to return everything and then re-order everything again. I won’t be ordering anymore.

Don’t bother downloading this. Your web browsers is probably better. I love this store but this is the worst app on my phone it makes me hate shopping here. I have to order online so going in isn’t an option for me. The size selector is horrible, the orders don’t show even after months and there’s no way to even manually input. It even makes you sign in everytime even if you click remember login. I don’t get it. I never review but that’s how bad this app is. They need to learn from literally any other clothing store that has a better shopping platform.

I want to genuinely just enjoy the app and shop in peace but I can’t. It’s very hard to navigate and is overall very slow and laggy. Not only does it glitch on me like signing me out multiple times while shopping but also refreshing when unnecessary ????

They don’t warn you during checkout that you can only use $25 or $20 in rewards every 30days. They only let you know once you have used the max. Had I known this I would waited until my month restarted. Now, I have $10 in birthday reward expiring before I can use them

Love the store, hate the app. I always have trouble with searching up a item and checking out.

apps a lil slow when i open it sometimes, and also it never keeps me signed in so i have to sign me in everytime. the only reason why it isnt 3 stars is cuz im nonstop getting good deals.

Love the store but your app is really bad, sorry. You guys need to hire someone to fix it up because it’s so messy. The deals are so hard to read. It’s glitchy. Side bar doesn’t always work.

I don’t have a pacsun near me but I loveee the clothes they have. But the app is so hard to navigate because it is always slow loading and it often won’t let me delete things from my favorites. Or it favorites random things that I just looked at but didn’t like. I also think that all of the cute things in the stores are harder to find in the app.

Took 2 weeks for my package too arrive 😭

I paid 30+ for a shirt and it’s been 2 weeks since I last ordered it going to 3 weeks and this company takes so long to order what a joke 💀

Every time i open the app i have to login again its very annoying. I love pacsun though. Please fix it.
